How long will the Magnum Prepaid MasterCard take to arrive?

Do I need a current account?
Absolutely not. The Magnum Prepaid MasterCard is a rechargeable card, so there is no need for a current account.

The card can topped up in various ways:
- receiving credit from one of our partners (payment of commissions, etc.);

How do I load funds onto an Magnum Prepaid MasterCard?
To load funds just follow these steps:
- Click on the "My Card" link on the home page. Then login to the card management website using the access details which you received on your email address.
- Go the "Load Funds" page, select the source of funds you want and click "Deposit" button.
- Enter the amount you want to credit and and follow the remaining instructions depending on the chosen deposit method.
Which address should I use when I am asked for one during a purchase using a Magnum Prepaid MasterCard?

What happens if my Magnum Prepaid MasterCard expires?
When your Magnum Prepaid MasterCard expires, if you have sufficient funds, we will send you a new card at least two weeks before expiry.
Why was my debit card refused during a top up transaction?
There are several reasons why a debit card may be refused. The most common causes are listed below:
- insufficient funds;
- frequent use of the card for online transactions;
- the card may not be authorized for online transactions by the bank that issued it;
- the card may have a daily/monthly expenditure limit;
- the card may have a daily/monthly velocity limit.
